Highly motivated and self driven to excel, Shawn realized the abundance of opportunities in British Columbia in the mid 90s. Moving out west with his wife Theresa and starting a family in the outdoor mecca of the country only seemed natural.

After a successful beginning in construction and a number of years doing project sales and marketing, Real Estate was the logical choice.

Living in the Sea to Sky corridor has given Shawn first hand knowledge of the growing communities and the ever changing market place, experience he has used to assist his clients in finding the home that will fit their needs and desires.
